It’s the challenge of uniting ingredients, styles and flare that bring the two Chefs together as well as their interpretation of their favorite cuisines. Come try our twist on Japanese-French cuisine along with our Japanese-American fusion sushi! We will definately have your tastebuds popping!

With over 25 years of restaurant experience, Chef Makoto and Chef Eli have united their culinary experience in the restaurant industry to create Sushi Shack. Their passion for food and their desire to work together as a Father and Daughter culinary team hosts an intriguing combination of authentic Japanese cooking paired with French technique and the influence of California’s culinary flavors and styles.
